2012/13 Familiarisation Campaign: Brisbane is Growing
Coming off of the success from last year’s campaign, Brisbane Marketing is now gearing up for the launch of the 2012/2013 Familiarisation Campaign: Brisbane is Growing.
The new famil campaign will consist of four, two-day itineraries, showcasing highlights of what Brisbane has to offer national meeting and event planners.
The 2012/2013 campaign will focus on the dramatic growth and change Brisbane has gone through over the past few years by profiling new and popular business events products and services with the ultimate goal of securing new and repeat national business for Brisbane.
There is also an opportunity for members to be included in the Brisbane supplement of Micenet Magazine in the October/November 2012 issue.
The hugely successful 2011/2012 familiarisation campaign recently came to a close with the final in a series of six famil tours showcasing Brisbane’s venues, accommodation and service providers.
The two-day famils showcased the best the city has to offer the convention and events industry.
Corporate, associations, meeting planners and professional conference organisers who attended from around Australia lauded the appeal of Australia’s New World City.
“I learnt so much about what this beautiful city has to offer, with some amazing hidden treasures,” said Carolyn Ingram of the Australian Association of Practice Managers.
The familiarisation campaign showcased 21 of Brisbane Marketing’s Convention Members.
