Alba not only originates and develops these property and infrastructure assets, we also invest in our projects. We often seek long-term equity as well as invest in the early stages of project origination whether that be enabling infrastructure, master planning, design or engineering. Regardless of the extent of financial involvement, we work in complete alignment and collaboration with our partners to achieve exceptional outcomes. Examples of projects undertaken in Queensland include the Pharmacy Australia Centre of Excellence (PACE) Precinct in partnership with the University of Queensland (UQ) and the Australian Red Cross Blood Service Brisbane Operations Centre with the Queensland University of Technology (QUT).
